Just a minor update to ye olde VizBook.

Added ability to block email addresses using the "*" wild card in rejects entries via admin. Requested by "hitesite" it has been added to the zip packages 24th Feb '08.

Only need to replace "vizbook.cgi" and "editform.pl" files.

Should be a sometimes useful option after the addition of the simple "filters" in '06.
